One week. Still no response or acknowledgement.

Maintenance people trying to figure out what caused it. This was the 3rd time jt's happened the past 30 days.

All this water is not from sprinklers, but is from flooding of various apartment units. We're not the only ones anymore!

We've thrown so many things away already because of water damage... Today, we're getting rid of more stuff!
