La Barbacoa was originally started in 2004 with a family recipe that has been passed throughout the generations. April 12, 2015 was the day that we began to bring this wonderfully delicious dish made of lamb to the public. We make sure that the flavor and quality always remain the same for our customers to enjoy each and every Sunday, two years in and we keep giving the same quality and service to all our loyal and new customers.

Come and enjoy one of the most iconic dishes to the region of Mexico City, that is also well known throughout the country of Mexico and the world; Barbacoa! Explore the flavors of traditional Barbacoa, which is slowly cooked for hours, giving it is rich and tasty flavor from the delicious juicy pulled Lamb served in tacos. Pancita, a variation of barbacoa, is another unique way to cook tripe. It is covered in a red chile sauce to give it it's bright red color and tender flavor. Finally, the Consome; a rich broth full of flavor and cooked for hours from the cooked lamb, accompanied with white rice and garbanzo beans; a delicacy worth the wait!
