HistoryIndividualized FItness is located in San Diego and recently expanded to Tierra Santa. Ryan Regensburg, the owner, has a strong passion for fitness and sport. Ryan grew up playing multiple sports. While playing football in high school, he sprained his knee and started the road to recovery. Even though, he tore his ACL 50%, he did not get surgery and rehabbed his knee to full function. After playing sports, getting injured and falling out of shape Ryan realized everyone needs an individualized approach to fitness. Either because of injury, lack of energy, or other emotional cues anybody may need to tailor their work out for that day to suit their needs. This and studying Applied Exercise Science at Springfield College has lead to the creation of Individualized Fitness.SpecialtiesIndividualized Fitness specializes in personal training sessions for people of all abilities interested in bettering their health, fitness, nutrition and wellness. Individualized Fitness trains people of all ages with different goals ranging from weight loss to increasing muscle strength, size & tone or endurance training, cardiovascular health, body fat reduction, flexibility training and body image improvement.
