Her approach to therapeutic massage helps to create a nurturing environment where the client's body can relax deeply & rejuvenate. If necessary, Kirsten uses a Fascia Release Technique that removes fascia adhesions: the result either of an accident, repetitive strain injury, and/or unhealthy postural patterns. By freeing otherwise well working muscles, Kirsten's seasoned technique allows the client to get a fresh start on exercise, posture and behavioral patterns in order to keep feeling energized & relaxed. If consultation is advisable and requested, Kirsten also offers simple, straightforward & easy-to-do exercises and postural suggestions aimed at: strengthening, removing muscle rigidity and the prevention of future discomfort, thus allowing the body's natural strength, flow and flexibility to continue.
