History
In July of 2009 I sustained multiple injuries in a paragliding accident. I wasn't sure I would be able to walk again, let alone exercise. Everything was taken away. With persistence and a positive attitude, I was able to rise from the ashes. Despite my discomfort, I created a consistent workout regime for myself and stuck to it. I became a personal trainer so I could help others achieve their own transformation.
