For more than four decades, King Nutronics Corporation has delivered superior test instruments and equipment that ensure complete customer satisfaction through our unwavering attention to quality, performance, reliability, and friendly customer support. Our continuous research and development in the fields of pressure, temperature, force, and other specialized areas of expertise, and our responsiveness to the needs of our customers, drives us to manufacture a broad range of products that are unparalleled for their accuracy, durability, and ease of use.King Nutronics Corporation is the leader in pressure, temperature, torque, and force measurement for the Defense, Aircraft, Avionics, Petrochemical, and Utility industries. The accuracy and durability of our instruments, used daily in the punishing environments encountered by the United States Armed Forces, NASA, and other demanding clients worldwide, is legendary. All products manufactured by King Nutronics Corporation undergo rigorous environmental testing. Our portable instruments are housed in rugged aluminum and thermoplastic cases that are designed to withstand prolonged exposure to salt spray, moisture, dust, and other conditions frequently encountered in shipboard, submarine, hangar, and outdoor environments.Because we understand that all customer applications are mission-critical, all King Nutronics instruments are designed for simple field maintenance and service, and include a comprehensive technical manual containing complete troubleshooting and repair instructions, and an illustrated parts breakdown.King Nutronics Corporation also knows that our customers don't have time to decode a bewildering array of bells and whistles that adorn many of the products of our competitors. That is why the operation of our instruments is kept simple, which shortens the learning curve for new operators and prevents errors and confusion when every second counts. Our 21, 000 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Woodland Hills, California, houses an environmentally-controlled calibration laboratory conforming to the applicable requirements of MIL-STD-45662A, MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9003, ISO 10012, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.We use a 110 in-Hg Schwien manometer, a Ruska Model 2400 10, 000 psi dead weight piston gauge, and a Ruska Model 2465 precision dead weight piston gauge for calibration of pressure measurement instruments, such as our Model 3719 Air Data Test Sets and Model 3666 Automatic Pressure Calibrators, for maximum accuracy and repeatability. The Schwein manometer, and the piston gauge dead weights and pistons, are calibrated by the U.S. Navy Primary Standards Laboratory in San Diego, Calif. Our thermo units, such as the Model 3604-A and Model 3605-A, are calibrated using precision standard platinum resistance thermometers manufactured by Rosemount, whose absolute accuracy is verified using a Hart Scientific triple point of water cell for measurement uncertainty of less than 0.0001 C. Our own torque standards and others manufactured by Morehouse Instruments, in York, Pa., are used to verify the accuracy of our Model 3695 and Model 3714 torque and force calibrators. All of these primary standards are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Md.King Nutronics Corporation is renowned for the ongoing support of its products. We stock replacement parts and supplies for all of the instruments manufactured throughout our 40-plus-year history. Should a problem arise, our dedicated sales and support staff will ensure that it is resolved quickly, efficiently, and with a minimum amount of downtime. Some customers have specialized needs that cannot be met using off-the-shelf products. King Nutronics Corporation's experienced staff of engineers can design and manufacture custom test and measurement instruments for specialized applications and adapt our existing instruments and systems to meet a customer's unique requirements.
