King Gillette Ranch is located on Mulholland Highway in Calabasas. The 588-acre site is one of the most beautiful in the Santa Monica Mountains and offers scenic views, natural landscapes and numerous types of wildlife. Park features include Gillette’s historic Spanish Colonial Revival style mansion and other areas that were part of the original landscape plan. King Gillette Ranch is owned and managed by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority in cooperation with the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area unit of the National Park Service, the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, and California State Parks. Parking is available for $7 per day, no barbeques or open fires are allowed, and dogs are not permitted either.
