Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 North Bay Martial Arts is located in the heart of the wine country. JSK North Bay is the only school in Sonoma County to teach Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 system. Our school, was started by instructors Jason Bates and Renee Row to give the youth, in our community, the chance to learn the true essence of Kenpo; not only to become a warrior, but also a scholar. Our martial arts family not only offers self-defense classes, but it becomes the students second home, where their instructors and fellow students are there to help them achieve the most in karate and also help them achieve many goals in life. Teens: Help your teen learn effective self-defense applications through a belt-ranking system that teaches respect and discipline. The adults get physical but also have a lot of fun! Kenpo Cardio & Conditioning: Fort those interested in high intensity cardio training through bag work and plyometric fight conditioning. This class is offered for those interested in getting lean while learning basic sparring combinations
