These apartments are a pretty good value and are well managed. They're pretty spacious and conveniently off of Clayton Road. The pool was out of service for a long time though.

Chestnut Garden Apartments offers a great location for residents. It is close to Highway 680 and Highway 4, but still far enough way that you don't hear the sound of traffic. There is a laundry facility inside the complex, and it even has a swing that small children can play on.
