Kelly is a California Distinguished School recipient. Kelly Elementary School stands out with its signature kelly green coloring. Students and staff at the school are committed to making healthy choices for their minds, bodies and spirits. Kelly Elementary is home to the Cougars, and the school recently got a new playground. There is an active PTA as well at Kelly Elementary School.
