The founder of the company began doing loan workouts in the mid 1990's where he gained invaluable experience in finance and investment analysis. This starting point provided him with the foundation of solid real estate fundamentals, and in 2001 he obtained his real estate brokers license. In early 2003 the founder hired key Executives to help grow various real estate divisions within the corporation and the company experienced exponential growth. Having survived the economic down turn the real estate market took from 2008 to 2011 The Hanover Group gained valuable first hand insights during a down real estate market and is better positioned now more than ever to provide a broad knowledge base, and diverse skill set.
