History
After years of helping clients with just their fitness needs Kate began to realize that true health could not be achieved by exercise alone. The mental, physical and spiritual components of a person must act synergistically...one is not more important that the other. Kate uses her degrees in Psychology and Exercise Physiology and her certification in Clinical nutrition to help balance a person and put them on the right path to optimal health and well being.

Life is too important to sit on the sidelines...Kdfitness wants to teach people how to live the life they truly deserve. Kate offers bootcamp classes, personal training session, nutritional services and an online accountability program.
