History
KCS began in 1975 as the vision of an immigrant church in Los Angeles to provide social services and community outreach. Over the next three decades KCS' focus widened as the agency began to service the general population with behavioral health services, as well as expanding locations to Orange County. Today, KCS continues to offer comprehensive substance use disorder and family violence treatment programs to the linguistically and culturally underserved populations of Los Angeles and Orange County.
