We have Physical Therapists trained in the Graston Technique, LSVT BIG (Parkinsons and Neurological Conditions), Pilates, sports conditioning, manual therapy, Kinesiotaping, Strain Counter Strain, muscle energy technique, lymphodema therapy and more. We specialize in exercise conditioning, injury prevention and reduction and patient education. OSPT offers in-house supervised exercise programs, and gives free community education programs at both of our offices.
