History
I originally became a personal trainer to help my triathlon and runner clients better prepare for endurance level sports (triathlon, 13.1, 26.2 runs etc). As I gained more experience working with sports specific clients, I realized that the type of training I offered to athletes was transferable to all types of clients looking to improve the quality of their lives. Over the years I've come to recognize that most self-trained clients spend time in the gym concentrating on exercises they like (and can do) rather than focusing on exercises that target the muscular deficiencies and movement imbalances that cause injury and hamper our daily lives. In addition to being a well qualified personal trainer, John is a nationally accredited, advanced level USA Triathlon & USA Cycling coach and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher
