My name is Joan Mante and for the past two years I have been a NASM Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. I specialize in strength and conditioning, HIIT, and core training. I teach my clients how to properly engage their muscles to maximize their stamina and strength. Each of clients receive a personalized workout program and nutritional guidance to create a meal plan you can stick to. I will create an airtight plan to help you achieve your goals.
