Yoga privates: sessions and packages will be customized to your needs. We will consider your current practice (if you have one), your movement/fitness goals, and your health concerns, in order to design a practice that is appropriate for you. This may involve skill-based coaching and personal training, a complete therapeutic yoga practice addressing your specific health condition, or some hybrid of the two.
