Jess Athletics specializes in Women Only training! Offering training in small groups, one on one, online training (at home or gym workouts available) and custom nutrition plans. Training in small groups (2-4 ladies) helps create a sense of community that keeps you continuously pushing yourself while enjoying your own personal journey! I train out of a private gym so it's exclusive to only trainers and their clients. I train my ladies using resistance training, functional training, body weight exercises and HIIT in various circuits.
