History
I have been a personal trainer since 2010. I have been working at my current studio, SBM Fitness, since 2014. This is a private training studio in Menlo Park. I also have the flexibility to schedule home visits.
Specialties
My specialties include injury prevention and rehabilitation, weight loss and management and overall strength and fitness. I have a lot of experience, personally and professionally, with injuries and weight loss. I achieve this by focusing on proper form, body alignment, posture, strength training, cardiovascular exercise and flexibility. I strive to help my clients achieve their goals through motivation, inspiration, education and accountability.
