History
I have dedicated myself to the mental well-being of all of my clients, helping them overcome their hardships, improve communication, break old patterns of behavior, and learn to have meaningful personal relationships. With a Masters in Social Work from USC, I was licensed to practice psychotherapy in 2004, and have over 20 years of clinical experience. I honor the uniqueness of each client; using an eclectic, psychodynamic based approach with unconditional positive regard, I help clients resolve current problems and resolve long-standing patterns. I have conducted workshops throughout the Orange County area including Divorce Recovery, Child Abuse Reporting, and Improving Relationships. I am also fluent in Spanish.
Specialties
You are a unique individual and there is no one else in the world like you. I want to know you, your history, and your troubles. I tend to use what I call an eclectic, psychodynamic based approach and have unconditional acceptance of you as a person, no matter what is going on, no matter what has happened. Studies show that as high as 90% of people who go through psychodynamic counseling claim significant, long-term improvements in their mental health. The most important thing is that we get you feeling better as soon as possible.
