History
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California, with my office located in Woodland Hills. I have worked in a variety of settings and with a wide range of populations. My training includes working with the 0-5 population, children and families, individuals, and couples. I have experience working with clients on relationship issues, anxiety, mood disorders (including depression), working with individuals with developmental disabilities, parenting issues, clients in immediate crisis, as well as individuals affected by a history of sexual abuse and trauma. My dissertation and main area of research was on couples in which one partner has Asperger's Syndrome.
Specialties
*Please note- Due to confidentiality and the nature of therapy, I cannot respond to any specific reviews or acknowledge whether a person is or has ever been a client of mine.* In my practice, I see adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My passion is working with individuals who are struggling with relationships, anxiety/depression, or simply wanting to gain more insight into themselves. I enjoy helping college, graduate students, and young professionals. Additionally, I am very passionate about mental health for parents, especially new mothers, and helping them to navigate the difficult journey into parenthood.
