Work and Yoga provides yoga to corporate, private, and group sessions in the Bay Area. Work and Yoga's yoga philosophy is inspired from Jen Su's years of practice connecting the body, breath, and spirit. Her yoga training includes Chronic Pain Recovery, Prenatal, and Vinyasa flow.
