History
After opening in the summer of 2007, Jaragua quickly gained recognition as one the top Salvadoran restaurants in Los Angeles. The concept has always been to offer customers food that is made fresh. Our masa is ground in our very own kitchen every morning. The bar menu also reflects this by offering cocktails and other specialty drinks that contain juices that are freshly pressed everyday.
Specialties
We offer a wide variety of authentic Salvadoran food, including Pupusas. Pupusas are El Salvador's national dish and one of our specialties. Our pupusas are handmade from fresh corn or rice masa and filled with your favorite ingredients. Check out our website to view our full menu. The Copper Still Bar is a new addition to our restaurant offering drinks that are hand crafted by our Mixologist, Nancy Kwon. We specialize in making Pre-prohibition styled drinks with fresh ingredients.
