J & J's BBQ & Fish was founded by Joe Draper & Johnny Walker in 2008. Inspired by Louisiana's cuisine, Draper & Walker wanted to introduce the traditional tastes of southern style seafood and barbeque to Californians.

J & J's BBQ & Fish offers famous Southern dishes including Fried Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Collard Greens, and Catfish. Draper's passion for culinary led him to create his own blend of herbs and spices that give every dish on the menu a unique flavor. Two signature desserts at J&J's are Peach Cobbler and Auntie Helen's Sweet Potato Pies, affectionately named after Draper's wife Helen Smith-Draper.
