Specialties
Stepfamily Therapy, Couples Therapy, Premarital Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Individual Therapy. Not all families come from the same tree but all families deserve to be nurtured and treated with love and respect so the family can thrive. Families of all types can and do experience times of distress and it is my mission to help ALL families find a way to stay happily intact. Unfortunately staying together is not always the answer and if a break up is inevitable then my mission becomes helping the family manage the break up with the least amount of damage possible, especially if there are children involved. My modalities of treatment stems mainly from Family Systems Theory as well as Attachment Theory. However, I believe each client and family I see is unique and I use a variety of techniques and interventions when providing therapy. I provide therapy at a reduced fee, please call today to set up an initial 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
