Chef Cinzia is one of the few woman chefs in the San Diego area, with more than 15 years of experience. She is also an athlete, NPS bikini competitor, and expert in nutrition: this combination of knowledge makes her truly Italian cuisine deliciously low-calorie, with no added fats, dairy free and gluten free on request.
