ISLA is a family-owned restaurant inspired by the bold, fresh flavors of Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, brought to life by the incomparable seasoning and methods of our very own matriarch and Guru of Sazon, Senora Deysi.
