California Computer Schools was formed in 1982 and has served more than 30,000 clients in computer training, consulting, and vocational training, custom programming, and Web site design, development and hosting. The organization began in a single room and has grown to offer short-term and vocational training to more than 3,000 students each year at the school site in Upland, Calif., and on-site clients in California, Arizona, and Nevada. In 1997, California Computer Schools expanded to include a Web and custom programming division. Since 1997, its full-time in-house Web team has created more than 300 Web site designs for various clients, such as Savage BMW, Pomona Valley Hospital, San Antonio Community Hospital, and YWCA of Greater Los Angeles. Its interactive programming team has developed complex custom programs for clients, such as the Los Angeles Airport, Cal Spas, and various fire, police, and city departments.
