The AIM HIGH Learning Center, a part of Mt. Helix Academy, is designed to provide additional academic support to students of Mt. Helix Academy. The center provides services under the guidance of special education teachers who are certified by the Institute for Effective Education. The AIM HIGH Learning Center operates a resource programs that assists students in making satisfactory academic progress. It provides an academic tutoring program, as well as maintains a homework club. The center also offers coaching programs in the improvement of academic, organizational and social skills. In addition, its students participate in academic activities, physical education, and visual and performing arts with students of Mt. Helix Academy. Mt. Helix Academy is located in La Mesa, Calif.
