Staying active and maintaining optimal health has always been imperative to me. I discovered over the years that I could help others create their own path by incorporating everything I learned and experienced through my extensive background, knowledge & travels (22 countries) into a unique fitness model. - Began martial arts training in 1990 (NY). - Fitness and martial arts instructor by 2001, and established training in Coronado, CA. - Earned 2nd Dan Black Belts (Nidan - certified '00) in Taijutsu & in Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei (certified '02). - Trained in the Science of Eight Limbs, since 1997. - In 2002, first international pro fight (full contact Thai Boxing) in Koh Tao, TH, during time as service member/US Military. - Additional training abroad in Kyokushin (JPN), Systema (BC), Israeli CTU (Yamam) Krav Maga, and Silat (ID). Civilian credentials include: CES/PES/MMACS/CPT and current Physical Therapy student in the sports medicine field.

Instructing martial arts and fitness to military, world class athletes and everyday civilians, all with various fitness goals and needs. Utilizing MMA training, plyometric, callisthenic, isometric, yoga, cardio, swimming techniques, strength and conditioning, in tandem with military and sports medicine modalities, to create personalized and highly effective routines, ensuring optimal results, within each training session. A variety of training methods and minimal equipment can yield superior results in a shorter duration, versus standardized personal training offered at standard gyms. Perfect for clients with busy schedules. Select clients endure training in the privacy of their homes (no sitter cost) or nearby training grounds, typically 2-3 times a week. All equipment required will be provided. Whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, or weight loss focused, a fitness plan will be formulated for each client individually, based on several factors, in order to achieve and exceed targeted fitness goals.
