Natalya B. Kavanagh, our founder, has been an attorney since 2002 in another jurisdiction. She has been practicing law in California since 2012, and started her own practice in 2013. She is also a licensed real estate broker. She successfully handled a great variety of cases including, but not limited to: - representing a business in a dispute with its commercial landlord that garnered our client a seven figure settlement payment from the landlord - specific performance of Purchase and Sale Agreement - adverse possession case litigated in a probate court - escrow agent liability litigation - enforcement an option agreement to purchase real property ended in a jury trial and cumulated in a verdict for our client - judgment enforcement that included sheriff's sale of real property - foreclosure actions representing lien-holders (lenders) - partition action representing one of the co-owners of real property
