Started off with renovation, then went into new construction. Built single family homes, office and residential buildings in San Francisco, Marin and the Peninsula. Currently own and manage 150+ residential units, some commercial warehouse and restaurant space. Just completed construction of 64 townhome units, Bayside Vista.
