With 300 members, half of them kids, the India Community Center's Table Tennis Center is the largest indoor facility of its kind in northern California. Twenty-five players here are ranked nationally, mostly youth and young adults who receive training from six full-time instructors on visas from China and India.
If you're not a member of the Indian Community Center, the drop in rate is $7 per day. Or a ten-day pass is available for $60.
For $500 a month ($550 for non-members), the Talented Kids Program will equip your little one with rackets and supplies, and enroll them in a combination of 16-week camps, private lessons and group classes. Children as young as five can join.
The Table Tennis Center is a separate stand-alone facility in another location and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The main room holds 18 to 23 tables, depending on the need.
