HistoryHaving trained on my own for over a decade and working for a few chain gyms on and off; from Santa Monica to the Southbay, I understood the ropes of sales/customer service. But most importantly it was the direct experience of working with several individuals of all backgrounds & ages with different goals, that made 2015 my calling to finally go on my own. Showing people how to live and feel better all while instilling value in their lives is the reason why I continue down this iron path.
