History
Hybrid fitness started out at dinner amongst friends. We are all long time personal trainers and had become tired of working for large commercial gyms, that could careless about their staff or members. We wanted to create a new atmosphere. One that encourages performance but also feels like a community. We wanted a gym that was equipped with top notch and unique equipment that we could use to help others along with ourselves to acheive optimal results. We created a brand, used our different backgrounds and knowledge to create one synonymous movement philosophy, we termed it hybrid fitness.
Specialties
Hybrid fitness is a private gym offering 1 on 1 private personal training. We offer a new and fun workout program designed to achieve optimal results. Workouts range from 30mins to 1 hour and go through 3 primary elements. Our workout system is designed to help cut body fat, build strength, and sculpt the body.
