The HOPE Infant Family Support Program offers services to infants and toddlers with special needs. It provides early intervention, child development, family support and consulting services. The program includes assistance to children with language and speech impairments and autism spectrum disorders. It employs a work force of speech and language specialists, occupational therapists, special educational teachers, parent facilitators and social workers. The program also includes assistance to families in incorporating learning opportunities into their daily routines and activities. It additionally offers online parent referral forms. The HOPE Infant Family Support Program operates in San Diego. It is managed by the Board of Education.
