The HOPE Center's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a welcoming, structured program that integrates interpersonal, relational, and cognitive therapies. The IOP meets for a minimum of nine hours each week over a period of six weeks. Participants will learn comprehensive skills to help reduce psychiatric symptoms, recognize triggers, and implement a variety of coping strategies. We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, OCD, stress & worry, relationship issues, trauma, and work-related issues. Treatment participants must be 18 years or older, experience moderate symptoms, have the capacity to participate and benefit from group therapy, and have current healthcare coverage or the ability to self-pay. Our dedicated multi-disciplinary team will provide: Comprehensive assessment of specific clinical conditions Individualized treatment planning Medication Consultation Group Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group therapy Couples and family interventions Education and awareness of mental health conditions Discharge planning and referral services Aftercare and support groups
