I went to Elite Academy Cosmetology School in Sacramento. Studied at Toni n Guy and Vidal Sassoon in London. I have worked from West Roseville to San Francisco. I LOVE making people feel good about themselves and I Love my job!!

HOLLYWOOD & VINE STUDIO if you've purchased a deal for this "salon" just consider it a mistake and don't bother going here. you will just end up spending more money to fix whatever kelley does...
