Today Hobbs/Herder Advertising is staffed by 40 full time creative minds that love turning people in a brand. Lead by Hobbs/Herder Advertising's President John Surge and Vice President of Training Rhonda Formby they work to use the personal marketing concepts created by founder Greg Herder. Greg is actively involved as a public speaker strategic consultant on personal branding and personal mareketing.
