There's fair at the 9th st... and streets are closed off. Parade was so entertaining and holiday theme of all participants whether be schools or businesses. What caught my eye was the colorful...

This district could be so much better but plenty of shortsightedness on the part of the merchants (association?), and the city itself. Only thing to do there on a weeknight is to drink at a bar....
