High Performance Energy was founded by a third generation electrical contracting company, a major lighting distribution center, and an energy retrofit specialist. We are the leading lighting retrofit company in the Bay Area. Lighting accounts for a large portion of most commercial space's energy consumption. A retrofit by High Performance Energy can significantly lower energy consumption, which offers environmental benefits as well as a decreased electric bill. We work hand in hand with many incentive programs that subsidize out of pocket costs to consumers on these retrofit projects.
