Best filet mignon we ever ate. EVER! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. I look forward to trying other cuts of meat, but I may just stick to the filets forever, because why mess with perfection?

I am so happy to have this place in our community! Great cuts of meat, and they make their own sausages, which are all delicious. They even have Guanciale, which you don't find a lot in the US....
