We have been here in the city of West Covina since the late 80's but we have been doing our best to improve our grounds and apartment complex for our current and future tenants.

Come and visit us at Heritage Park Villa Apartments in West Covina. We are a Senior Apartment Community that caters to tenants 55+. We have lots of activities and events that we do for our tenants. From our Bingo nights on Mondays and FREE Donut Friday we also have billiards tournaments. Plenty of playing space in our clubhouse for dominos or cards whatever your game of choice is.
