Tucked away in a Spring Valley shopping plaza, next to the large Veterans Thrift Store off of SR-125, Hector's Taco Shop has been making mouths happy for five years.

The taco shop features a large variety of tacos, burritos, sopas, and combination platters. There is a large TV in the restaurant that frequently shows Mexican and Spanish football matches.
