Heart & Sole began as a reflexology practice in Minnesota in 2016, reopening with the addition of quantum reiki in Encinitas in February of 2018.

As a Quantum Reiki Master, I am attuned to the Source of Universal Life Energy. This provides a direct channel for ki to heal, remove blocks and release negative imprints.
