History
Building on the years of experience the business owner has gained providing mental health services in the VA, she began providing mental health services in a private practice setting. The business has grown from one therapist to a highly skilled and friendly team of professionals. The team currently provides individual, family, and couples therapy in a supportive private practice setting. We now offer anger management groups for adults and teens. These groups provide a safe environment to learn the basics about aggression and anger and how to communicate assertively and effectively. We teach the tools to help our client manage their moods and navigate challenging situations. Coming soon, we will offer a grief support group to give group members a safe place to process and navigate the complexities of loss of their loved ones.
