History
After having my son in 2012, I put what I knew about development and sleep into practice and was able to get him to be a healthy little sleeper at 4 mos, taking 3 naps a day and sleeping 11-12 hours at night. It was so amazing that when I had my daughter, I started even earlier with her, and she was sleeping through the night at 8 weeks old! I was so empowered by our son and daughter's sleep that I began researching infant + toddler sleep more intently. I knew there was a lot more to learn, so I furthered my education by becoming a Certified Infant + Toddler Sleep Consultant through a 250+ hour training curriculum with the founder of the Family Sleep Institute. Now, I get to share my knowledge and experience with families that are struggling with sleep. I am a parent too, and I struggled. I'm here to support you and get you through this really hard time. Parenting is very challenging; there are lots of things you'll be constantly worrying about, but sleep shouldn't be one of them.
