HEAD WEST began in 2017 in Oakland, California -- where it continues to gather and grow on a monthly basis. Beginning in December 2018, the marketplace founded by Oakland resident + creative Jimmy Brower, debuted in Old Oakland and has since added the iconic Hangar 1 Distillery on the Alameda Island Naval Base, Fourth Street Shops in Berkeley + The Barlow in Sebastopol, to its four venues for 2019. Growth into San Francisco and other East Bay venues are planned for 2020.
