Happy Cuts is a family owned business established in 1987. We provide hair services for men, women, and children. We provide affordable quailty haircare and eservices since 1987. Our senior staff holds more than 25 years of experience. After being in Cupertino for more than 30 years, we opened our doors in Saratoga on August 29, 2017 in a more spacious and comfortable surrounding.
