At Halls of Strength we provide small group personalized strength training. This training is scaleable and achievable providing the greatest benefit through strength for overall health and wellness. We utilize the Starting Strength method to work with individuals of all ages and skill sets. We are also a certified US Powerlifting Association Training center. Our training system is a long term process designed for getting your body stronger over a period of time. The training focuses on improving a lifters longevity and independence for interacting within the world around them. Because stronger people interact with the world better than unstrong people do.
